The Haitian Flag Day Festival in Brooklyn was marred by rain, cold weather, and low attendence. Despite this, people did manage to show up and enjoyed the festivities under their umbrellas. On a low note, the festival was brought to an abrupt end after someone was stabbed! (Got some pix, but no details available.) Welcome to Brooklyn.

Hopefully there will be better weather for next week’s Haitian Flag Day Parade.
