If everything you know today about Aristide, you knew 11 years ago, would you consider that he was still fit to be President? With all the dirt the government is trying to dig up about Robert Manuel, “Bob” as nicknamed by the Haitian population, perhaps asking “Who is Robert Manuel?” would be the more appropriate question.

Situated in the hills of the Massif de la Selle, overlooking the capital of Haiti, Petionville, was founded on September 22, 1831 by the Haitian president Jean-Pierre Boyer and named after Alexandre Petion, one of Haiti’s founding fathers.
