The "Flower of Abomey Society" is a bunch of wannabees. "Aboudja", the so-called Houngan, is a gay white man from Pflugerville, Texas. Michelle, the so-called Mambo, is a black American woman who could not keep her vows of celibacy (for 41 days after your initiation you have to abstain from sex) for even twenty-four hours!
