It's all in the title.

What is the "Haitian" company? Is it founded by a Haitian or is that a coincidence? Just found it weird reading about ¨Haitian¨that has nothing to do with Haitians nor Haiti.

Thanks for bringing this up. I found it very interesting also and decided to give them a call. A very nice receptionist gave me some information and sounded like she wanted to also visit HaitiXchange.

First of all, injection molding machines are used to mold plastics. Molten plastic is "injected" into the mold to produce plastics of various sizes and shapes.

They actually pronounce it "Hi-tee-yen", and not "Hay-shen" as we are used to saying it.

The Haitian Injection Molding machine is actually a product they imprt from China. I asked the receptionist what "Haitian" meant in Chinese and she didn't know.

Anyway, there you have it. The name is a coincidence and has nothing to do with Haiti or Haitians.

I heard about it a few years ago because there was a Chinese company that was trading stocks under the name Haiti. When I asked around, I was told that it had nothing to do with Haiti the country LOL
