At first, i thought it looked like a joke, but from rewatching it several times, the boy's pants are down and the soldier's are down too. Kinda of a sick idea for a prank. :S Haitians don't play like that.

it's definitely not a prank. they did pull the boy's pants down. the soldier's pants were also down. you can tell he pulled out his penis and gyrated.
i studied the boy's face: he does look like he was in pain at first but when they pulled him up, there's something about his face. i'm not sure if he's humiliated or smiling as he walked away.
in any case, this is sick. and you know what? those danmed soldiers will get away with it.
So I won't rule anything out but the video is making this look more like a prank than an actual rape. If it were me my arms and legs would have been punching and kicking anything in the way.
In any event a lot of these UN soldiers piss me off. I really don't get their presence in Haiti. Every time I saw the ones in the neighborhood they were either at the beach or the local bar.
This is the kind of pranks you see in fraternities and among high school and college white boys.......black boys usually don't play like that.
It is inappropriate behavior (joke or not) when one is part of a protective force anywhere ..let alone in a foreign nation.
My take is; the young man is familiar with the soldiers....probably hang around them....he even knew their names....joked with them before....and the soldiers stepped out of order.
Prank or not, it shows the raw power of UN soldiers over the citizens of Haiti. If they could do that to a grown ass man and think this behavior is funny, No woman or child is safe.
And for those of you who are narrow minded , ignorant, homophobic, stupid, and not educated . I just want to say that homosexaulity has nothing to do with sexual abusing a children , sexual orientation and child sexual abuse are 2 different things.
