What did people expect?

The american press was turning against her.....she got scared and ended her show..... she started her network... that's been a flop.

So now, she's proving that she is still part of white man's establishment.

Funny how when they show poverty they never mention the fact we collect almost nothing in import tax......that Haiti is the world's dumping ground for commerce.

How the american government's own cables released by WikiLeaks show the USA fought hard to have Preval reverse parliament law of $5/ daily minimum wage.....

and it was Oprah's own government that fought to have it reduced to $3/day........that's why Haiti is poor.........

The fat whore has no control over what she puts in her mouth......how do you expect her to control what's in your brain?

If the misery of Haiti’s poor is not caused by their nature, but by institutions, great is the sin.

I just viewed the comments. It's not Haiti but she has to have something for her network to talk about. She needs to take her billions and help the people out of the tents and that would be a story.

People shouldn't waste their time entertaining that women. It is only helping her. She wants to create SHOCK so when Haitians get angry about her depiction of Haiti, they are only giving her what she is looking for.

Best reaction:

Just ignore all the mother fuckers who have been doing their PR stunts in Haiti.

No talk, no comments, no bulls

What are people excited for? If she visited tent cities after tent cities in the few days she was there, of course that's Haiti for her. For Kim Kardashian, it was fashion shows, beauty treatments at Botanik spa when she wasn't holed away in Karibe's $1,000 presidential suite. My point is... all of it is Haiti. I sincerely doubt that our image in the eyes of the world will be worse because of Oprah's little show.

or different lol She could have shown something nice but it wouldn't make a big difference.

Our country "Port-au-Prince" has been known as a filthy failed state before Oprah and I am afraid that the stain will remain the same.

i agree to some extent Darling

it's just that for someone who know to well about media marginalization of black people or black country she could have been smarter than that and show some perspective by including the bad side and the good side like showing something about our Art, our reconstruction effort you and also some success that we have had

showing the tent is not the issue

the issue is for her to used these images for her own good, while helping to marginalize the country even more as a state of despair, that only NGOs will be attract by

that is the big difference between her and the guys from Miami Capponi, from Capponi Group

I'm confused... Has the show already aired? Wasn't this just a preview?

For the record, wasn't/am not planning on watching it. It'll be the same rehashed bullsh!t we already hear and i could care less brcause i'm sick of it all, but it's not entirely impossible that she'll try to balance her 'good journalism' by showing some positives. I think people should watch the show first, then give their opinions... if they care that much.

This is how she will balance it:

She will make her "audience" cry with the sad tent stories

Then she will give each one of them a Toyota "Bwouwet" to go home. They will leave the show happily ever after lol

But you are right, those who will waste their time watching it should wait before they start screaming fool.

According to JC, she is a big O. This is applicable dans tous les sense du terme. O majuscule.
