But if you listen to the conversation this is a very sad and stupid event. Not a plot. Bascially, Pepe Goico (who is a piece crap) calls his boy Kanzki and tells him to tell another person to act now that the scandal about corruption is affecting Martelly. PEPE WANTS TO GET POLITICAL CAPITAL out the situation.

This is my reading.
Pepe and Kanzki are friends and they have a conversation about Martelly and Kanzki tells Pepe how people in Haiti are getting sick and tired of Martelly. Then Kanzki confides that he has a friend or someone he knows that is promoting the idea of getting rid of Martelly (by which means is not clear).

In the phone conversation Pepe is basically telling Kanzki -tell your friend this is the moment. Obviously, Pepe has little knowledge of any plot. It seems that Kanzki is the victim of this own gossiping. In fact you could hear Kanzki sort of afraid of Pepe who raises his voice all the time. FUNNY part is that Pepe has spent his life blackmailing people whose conversations he has recorded...LOL. Now he has become the victim of his own tricks...So freaking ironic.

Kanzki will be investigated by the Haitian Interior Minister. Sad for him because his business was doing pretty good. Another one who gets into deep shit by getting to close to Pepe. Pepe and his associates stole hundreds o millions of dollars in the Baninter case. It is just fascinating how the two symbols of corruption of the two parties, Felix el Gato-PLD and Pepe Goico-PRD, ended up in this funny but tragic case involving Martelly. What a mess~!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on us. These two belong in prison.
