HAITI - Un proche de Martelly frappe un adolescent

James Raphaël, qui dénonçait l’inefficacité du programme « Aba grangou », a été frappé par Roro Nelson, un proche du président Michel Martelly. L’incident s’est passé au moment ou le chef de l’Etat arrivait à la foire de l’agriculture et du travail, le mardi 1e mai à Damien.
