Was googling and found something called the Blue book of Haiti 1919-1920 written by American occupation forces at the time and when Philippe Sudre Dartiguenave was president during occupation.
Worth taking a look at.

on page 64a of Livre Bleu, you will see it, it's looks more of a drawing to give a bird eye view (Vue A Vol D'Oiseau) of Champ de Mars. I doubt there were colored photos back then.
