$20 bucks a month to 100,000 women (on condition) and Jacmel tourism.

Plus, a bunch of egg-head professors to show the way!

Professors who've never worked in the private sector a day in their lives is going to lead Haiti economically forward.

This is the bold plan from Haiti's super businessman!

Haitix has brought forward many more detailed and pertinent needs than this guy is proposing.

Not a single mention of substantive infrastructure development.

Just a few handouts, and more hotels/resorts for the Aid The Poor community to bask in.
