I swear to God that "Haiti" has more forums about itself than any other nation in the world.
But don't be confused, these are simple marketing tactics to generate revenue for the organization hosting the event.
They accomplish nothing other than offering a good time to the elitists that participate.
There are several major infrastructure forums each year and Haiti sends NOBODY to them.
That tells you everything you need to know.
