Are they the mulattos and arabs affluent class of Haiti, or they from somewhere else and choose this place to do the wedding.

As you all know some people who are getting married, choose particular places in other countries to do their weddings.

Look at the housing across the street. Another model example of a perfect juxtaposition.

Yes, yes, the African HenrY Christophe was a BAD GUY.

The mulatto, Petion, was a GOOD GUY.

Regardning marriage, Sans Souci holds a very special place with my wife and I.

Even though the link isn't working I think I know what wedding you're talking about. I thought it was for a movie or something.

If you have facebook you can view it here.

Is the great negro king who stood against the mulatto ruled south...turning in his grave????
i think Kristoff would be laughing. People hated his guts when he was alive but now, people are flocking to the best and brightest piece of historical architecture Haiti can offer to the world. Kristoff got the last laugh and was in hindsight, the truest visionary amongst his comtemporaries, mulatto or otherwise. Haiti would be so much different if he had remained alive longer.

Wow, that wedding planner deserves every bit of the humongous fee s/he charged them...that was an original and should be sent to all the wedding planning magazines.
I agree. Can you imagine if Hollywood celebrites would get married at this place? FINALLY, something that doesn't involve NGOs.

If the misery of Haiti’s poor is not caused by their nature, but by institutions, great is the sin.

these people live, work and even marry in Haiti and you who sold out Haiti for the white mans dollar are telling them to go somewhere. You really make no sense.
