Remember the Happy Hearts "Babe" sharing some "love" with her sister by paying her $44,000 out of donated money?
Well, the benevolent one, our famous Dr Paul Farmer, has done the same thing:

Better not let his wife know that the Happy Hearts Babe paid her sister more than he paid her.
But not to worry, because PIH Form 990 is loaded with over $42 million USD's in category expenses called : "Other"
God only knows what that money was spent on!
=======================================================
But, finally, Partners in Health, Dr Paul Farmer, has released his Form 990 for the period ended June 30, 2011:

Look at those two dates: Almost 1 year apart to the day. That is criminal! No financial reporting required for 1 year.
=========================================================
Okay, let's get back to page 1 of Farmer's Form 990:

Whoa! Check that out! 27% paid out in salaries!
$23.8 million USD's of donated money paid out in salaries to people interested in "Aiding The Poor". Damn! That's some good pay!
Also note that the lack of a 2nd Haitian Earthquake really hurt revenue. Poor thing.
===========================================================
We all remember how Dr Farmer claimed that he had to go out and "Beat the Bushes" looking for $280,000 USD's in order to buy cholera vaccines".
We all felt his pain as times are tough.
So how's the cash/liquid assets account looking (must be pretty grim given the need to beg for money):

Whoa! Dr Farmer! Dude! Holding out on us aren't you?
Damn! That's over $44 million USD's in liquid assets.
WTF?
I thought you had to "beat the bushes"?
And lookie here:

Over $1.3 million USD's interest and profits off of those Goldman Sachs investments.
Dude? Couldn't you have used part of that $1.3 million in investment income to buy the $280,000 in vaccines?
==============================================
Okay, $88 million in revenue.
Tax free! Minimal financial reporting requirements.
Where's the $88 mil come from?

Yes, YOU, I, and USA taxpayers, kicked in over $23 million to the benevolent one, via the Democrat Party, and PIH K Street Lobbyists:

I must say, that whoever he's using on K St., they need to up their fee structure.
They got Farmer $23 million for only $129K while Goldman Sach (Investment Manager Fee) got:

$154K for only bringing Farmer $1.3 million in investment income.
Check out that "OTHER" category of Farmers:
$3.47 million! Really!
What the hell is in that?
How about the "OFFICE EXPENSE" at $2.4 million!
What the hell is in that?
Just on those two line items alone, you have $5.9 million USD's as part of Farmer's "slush fund".
Like I have said for years, Dr Paul Farmer travels in style, and $3.9 million in travel proves it!
==================================================
So let's look at actual "Aid The Poor" funding by the benevolent one:

Damn!
He spent more traveling around the world than he did on medical supplies to "Aid The Poor".
And look at that!
ANOTHER $12 million USD's plus in the OTHER CATEGORY.
What's the "other" pot up to at this point?
Some $18 million on OTHER stuff.
I'm sorry but we're not quite done with the "OTHER" category at this point however.
I have saved the "Mother of all "Others" for the end:

$24 + $18 = $42 million USD's in "OTHER" expenses!
What a freakin' joke!
===================================================
PIH took in $88 million USD's, how are they able to generate that kind of cash?
We know that they use K St lobbyists to get them $23 million, but what about the other $65 million?
Well, like I have said for years, they use "Marketing professionals" to generate demand to "Aid The Poor":

Hmmm. VOX Global? What the hell is that?
Let me tell you:

When the earthquake hit, they hired a strategic marketing firm to come in and create a marketing campaign to capitalize on Haitian suffering.
It only cost them a little over $315k of donated money that netted them over $80 million in donations.
Folks, I can go on with "OTHER" stuff that the "benevolent one" is doing, but damn, there's some funny sht going on with the books at Partners in Health.
I just thought you needed to know that SOMEBODY is keeping tabs on the Haitian Robber Baron's affectionately known as the NGOs

Typical, JC comment.
Lazy, off the cuff, "give a shit" "I live in the USA so fuck Haiti" kind of mindset.
To answer your lame question: a conscious.

Has anybody heard when the "second "new" hospital will be opening in Mirebalais?
It was supposed to happen in November of 2011.
I guess the best name would be: "The First Second New Hospital in Mirebalais".

Of course not. We look to you for that kind of info.

"The First, Second New Hospital in Mirebalais" according to the benevolent one, will open in 2012.
Kind of like the Peligre Dam rebuild project.
But beyond 2012, I was wondering if anybody heard a more definitive date.

But beyond 2012, I was wondering if anybody heard a more definitive date.
Well, I've answered my own question:
" When it opens its doors in 2013, the 180,000-square foot, 320-bed hospital will offer a level of care never before available at a public facility in Haiti. And at a time when Haiti desperately needs skilled professionals, Mirebalais National Teaching Hospital will provide high-quality education for the next generation of Haitian nurses, medical students, and resident physicians."
Hmmm.
First 2011 and then 2012 and now 2013.
We're not talking months here but years!
Can't be cash, as Farmer is loaded with over $50 million.
Perhaps sticking the thing in Mirebalais has brought about a lack of "qualified" personnel to move to that hell hole?
Or, perhaps, Famer has to "beat the bushes" for more cash!
In other words, use it as a ploy to generate more "DONATE NOW pleas.
