This is a HUGE problem with the diaspora.
They continue to accept weak, corrupt, leaders as "great presidents".

La présidence haïtienne se serait substitué au sénat en nommant deux (2) membres qui ne figuraient pas parmi les noms, soumis par le sénat et appelés à faire partie du nouveau Conseil supérieur du pouvoir judiciaire (Cspj), selon des informations dont a pris connaissance l’agence en ligne AlterPresse.
« Effectivement (…), il y a deux membres que nous (le sénat) devrions proposer. Mais, paraît-il, c’est la présidence [de Joseph Michel Martelly] qui les a choisis à la place du sénat », affirme le sénateur Wetsner Polycarpe, joint au téléphone par AlterPresse.
Les conditions de choix de ces 2 personnalités, dont les noms ne sont pas révélés, ne sont pas encore élucidées.
Gunner, you forgot his contempt for the press, accusations of bullying and of bribery of Parliament, the illegal and arbitrary National Fund for Education/diaspora tax scam, etc.
Even disregarding his past (a concept I don't quite understand) he's far from the "greatest ever."
