A major intersection of downtown Potoprens.

i see restaurants and cafes on both sides of the famous bwatchen canal (amsterdam, Venice).......people can dine on the rive gauche ou la rive droite......right there is the Grand Boulevard jean jacques dessalines...and down the street...the grand theatre de verdure.......and with the new tourist police around......the sky is the limit.

I see possibilities.

Yon peyi depi yon ti lapli tonbe ou anba inondasyon. Yon peyi ki ouvè pou touris! Alatraka mezanmi!

Where are Maximo's wheelbarrow crews?

Those lazy bastards need to pickup the pace!

But its more "comfortable" to ignore reality and focus on the "positive things" because it makes us feel better here in the USA.

I enjoyed the narration.

People with vision and foresight is what Haiti needs.

Good video JC

I am not sure if you fully understand creole or satire, but zanmi, what you think you enjoyed from the narration is not what the narrator was telling you.

When you have a massive failure to address infrastructure, hope is lost.

No sanitation trucks to pickup the plastic bottles which are there becuase there is no clean water from the tap.

I remain preplexed to this day how the diaspora ignores the issue.

I know why the NGO's ignore it but that doesn't explain the diaspora.

Uhhh.

There is a "literal" versus a "figurative" response?

Guess which of the above best represents my response.
