Selon Olivier Martelly, avant la fin de l’année 2012, le pays sera doté de dix nouveaux terrains de football, comme prévu dans le cadre du Programme national dénommé : « Foutbòl pou chanjman » (Football pour le changement) dont il a la gestion.

Une enveloppe de quelque 5 000 000 de dollars américains est disponible à cette fin, a-t-il fait savoir à Haïti Press Network.

Faisant part de l’état d’avancement des projets, Olivier Martelly a informé que les terrains de Gressier et de Verrettes ont été déjà inaugurés. Deux autres, à savoir ceux de Thomonde et de Jérémie sont à leur phase finale.

Fan if they were stealing it you would not know about it. But 5m US is a lot of money. A million better ways to spend it.

Wasn't there an impeachable offense known as taking bribes in the millions of dollars just before Martelly had a "PE" episode that landed him in Miami for 3 - 4 weeks?

I laugh at how the diaspora simply drops the story because Martelly disappears to Miami.

He comes back; and Presto! The story has vanished!
