Exactly. Just because India has more money has nothing to do with the fact that many of its people are desparately poor and are facing similar situations.

If an Indian has to leave their home to be virtual slaves in another country they don't give a shit if they come from an "emerging" country or falied state or whatever it is. Dominicans that leave their country by boat are not better than Haitians that leave their country by boat.

And yes Dominican boats are better....just as their buses, and other transportation modes and almost everything else is better and looks better.
