Is there one Haitian president in all of Haiti's history that was well liked and did something for the people?

It seems like with every Haitian conversation I've heard or been around I have yet to hear of a president in Haiti that did good and was well liked?

What Haitian president do like in Haiti and why?

Please do not post illegitimate responses such as Bill Clinton or any Dominican president.

Dumarsais Estimé ! American officials refused to forgive the debt of the Haitian people in the the late 40's he launched a national campaign to invite the entire Haitian people (peasant, rich, poor) to raise money and erase the debt which was of 7 millions. He was able to raise 5 millions... He built roads, improve the acces to litteracy all this in three years..

What!?

I don't think so...... A good politician? Yes......but good president? Hell no. We are STILL feeling that horrendous reign. It was an ego trip to the max.
