La Primature a annoncé lundi soir le premier remaniement ministériel du gouvernement Martelly/Lamothe opéré par le Premier ministre avec l’approbation du chef de l’Etat et marqué par le renvoi de trois ministres, dont celui de l’intérieur, Thierry Mayard Paul, et le retrait de Laurent Lamothe du poste de chef de la diplomatie haïtienne au profit du portefeuille de la planification.

Le chef de l’Etat, Michel Joseph Martelly vient de nommer Thierry Mayard-Paul co-president du Conseil consultatif présidentiel pour le developpement et l’investissement (Ccpdi), selon un bref communiqué dont a pris connaissance AlterPresse.

Depuis sa mise sur pied ce conseil, dont les actions demeurent un flou total, etait co-présidé par le premier ministre Laurent Lamothe et l’ancien président américain William Clinton.

Après son limogeage à la tête du ministère de l’intérieur, Thierry Mayard-Paul, était nommé par Martelly "conseiller privé avec rang de Ministre" par arrêté en date du 9 août 2012.

Par cet arrêté, plusieurs autres citoyens ont été nommés comme Kenn Duval, directeur général du ministère de l’environnement et Georges Andy Réné, directeur général du Centre de facilitation des investissements (Cfi).

Ces nouvelles nominations font suite au remaniement ministériel opéré au niveau du gouvernement haïtien faisant entrer trois nouveaux ministres dans l’équipe gouvernementale, tandis que trois autres ont été démis de leurs fonctions, dont le titulaire de l’intérieur Thierry Mayard Paul.

Ces changements opérés dans les ministères ont été transmis aux médias tard dans la soirée du 6 aout.

Thierry Mayard Paul, long time friend of president crackhead, was removed from the high profile position ot Minister of Interior.

On the 9th of August, the president informed the public that his good friend was not fired ....but was installed to be his "private" presidential adviser ..... the "private" advisor got to keep the title of "Minister"

It was clear that the president was finally convinced that Thierry Mayard Paul was toxic...and since they didn't want him to have to answer questions.....they gave him a title with the word "private"

Everyone was joking at this title that made no sense.....you can't be "private" and hold ranking of "Minister".

So today president crackhead announced that his good friend would now be some type of co-president of that fairy tale commission for investment.....Wyclef Jean is also a member.......that's how important it is.

Martelly should come clean and name the man what he is......Liaison to gangs!
