This story is about as weird as things get. At a funeral for Jean Wilbert Elma, 53, mourners noticed that he still had a pulse and appeared to be bleeding profusely. They also noticed that his legs had been burned and broken, and his face was filled with holes (presumably at the morgue.) The deceased, was declared dead 10 days earlier. 5 people affiliated with the morgue have been arrested. The morgue has also been shut down as it has been implicated in similar situations in the past.

After getting past all of the mystical and magical suppositions, this appears to be a case of mishandling of a cadaver. I’m not in the medical field but I wonder if improper embalming could result in something that looks like a pulse. Broken legs show that the morgue was simply careless. Another theory is that the patient was sent to morgue barely alive, and was killed there. It appears that some morgues might do this in order not to lose money they would otherwise receive for handling a cadaver.
