If you live in New York City and aren’t doing anything on Saturday, April 17th, come on over to the Brooklyn Public Library. There will be an event giving young Haitians living in Brooklyn the chance to express themselves creatively in response to the events of January 12th. The event will include a display of paintings, as well as dancing by the Kreyol Dancers, Rara music by DjaRaRa, some words from Professor Pierre Lubin, and much more.
