perfect...let's yet again start the process of ousting yet another president before the end of his term...what a democracy...Haitians need to learn how democracy works, you hire him you allow him to do his job, if he cant do it, you wait until his term is over and hire another...not hire and the minute you feel dissatisfied start to revolt to get him out...what a mess
