HaitiXchange on TNH (Television Nationale d’Haiti.) We were rummaging through some old videos and found this one of an appearance on TNH back in August of 2003. Years later we’re still around with the same basic goals.
The evolution of a logo:
The first logo concept drawn on a napkin at a Brooklyn Haitian restaurant in 2000.
The logo for the site launch in May of 2001.
The present logo which made its appearance in 2002.
The site:

Redesigned in 2002
Redesigned and relaunched in 2008
After 8 years, HX would like to thank all of the loyal fans! Thank you.
Jeandp123, that cruise was supposed to happen back in 2003. It's come and gone. It was done by a guy named Ron Daniels and he's done several cruises since then. However, they were never able to get a boat to PAP since there are still no docks to accomodate cruise ships.
LoL....my creole is the same way as yours from back in the day but now it's definately better..I want to thank my Junior High School teacher for teaching me creole and how to speak it much better.. But CoolP you're saying you have something to do w/ Cruise going to Labadee..Put me on partner!!LOL Nice job

Coolp,
you talk like a native. was that always so?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Talk like a native? I don't know about that, but I had a big diaspora accent back in the day. I definitely speak better Creole now than back in 2003.
Tibourik, everytime I look at that video I crack up. I was just starting to feel comfortable speaking real Creole and trying my best to make everything flow. I was stumped trying to find the right words.
Looking at this now, I cringe because I see so many places where I could have expressed myself better, or used different words. This interview today would have been completely different.
the funniest part is when pascal goes......." image yo pa...yo pa korek". Took him a minute to come up with it.
A lot has changed in those years for the better. Keep up the good work.
