Magnitude 4.6 Quake Hit Near PAP

A quake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale has his PAP at 9:51 PM. It was felt throughout the metropolitan area and people have streamed out into the streets. Will provide additional information as it comes in.
Update: As of 11 pm many people are still in the streets and are preparing to sleep outside tonight. Many were in bed when the shaking occurred, and ran outside in a panic. Although the shaking did not last long, it was strong, was felt over a large area, and has rattled many nerves. One man told us he sees this as a bad omen.
