HaitiXchange and Digimotion Group have partnered with PNCS to bring you Kanaval 2013 live fom Cap-Haitien.
PNCS is the Haitian national entity which has the sole responsibility of regulating and controlling the school feeding program. It was created in 1997 and has since then allowed thousands of Haitian students to receive at least one hot meal daily. Today the Martelly/Lamothe government has at heart kids education and this program has permitted 8 percent more kids to attend school. The goal this year is to serve 1.5 million students throughout the country.
