Here is the real story…
In an effort to promote Haiti as a new touristic destination, Haiti’s Ministry of Tourism launched a logo and slogan contest open to anyone who is over 18 and has creative flair. On the MInistry of Tourism website, people were invited to submit their logos and slogans in either French, Haitian Creole, or English through March 31st. They mention that the logo should depict the “Haiti of your dreams.”
Well, the deadline has come, and the logos are all available to view on the ministry website for the public to vote on. The top 50 logos and slogans will be chosen, and the final decision will be made by a Minister of Tourism jury.
