A press conference announcing the details and addressing any questions the media had about KREYOLFEST 10 was be held on Friday June 18, 2010 at Crystal Manor in Brooklyn, NY. The media had the opportunity to ask questions and address issues and concerns they had regarding the 10th edition of the festival.
Although most agree that the parade started well, the spring showcase, which takes place at the end of the parade on a makeshift stage on Nostrand Avenue, was cut short during T-Vice’s performance, due to sudden violence which caused people to stampede over and under barricades.
