Those of you who are in the ATL may want to head down to Piedmont Park for an afternoon of music, food, cultural activities, and music centered around Haiti. The event is the brainchild of Audrey Jones who I have met in Haiti several times. She has dedicated herslf to Haiti and never fails to let me know how Haiti has changed her life.

HaitiXchange is back from Haiti and we’ve just released the latest music video produced by HaitiXchange Digital Media. We found an up and coming group called New-Fam who had us listen to their new song “Je T’Aime (I Love You.)
Two months ago, nineteen year old Haitian artist and high school student Alex Louis was living on Grand Rue in a small make-shift house in his home town of Port-au-Prince, a city still recovering from an earthquake that devastated Haiti in January 2010. Today, he is sitting in on classes at Pratt Institute, one of the country’s most prestigious colleges of art and design, gaining visual skills to take back with him to Haiti.
