Another Haitian first went unnoticed by many on Veteran’s Day. Haitians, for the first time, were represented in New York City’s Veteran’s Day Parade. Organized by the Haitian American Veteran’s Association led by Dr. Fritz Fils-Aime, the Haitian contingency marched up 5th Avenue in Manhattan. Dr. Fils-Aime was also in charge of public relations for the parade and has been working on including Haitians for the past 4 months. This is further testimony to how Haitians have integrated into the American fabric.

The 4th pic is Chaplain Ulysse and Miss Haitian American Veteran Association. About 20,000 people were present at the parade. We had a huge coverage from CNN to haitixchange. Again, thank you haitixchange for supporting Haitian activities. Rev Daniel Ulysse Int Police Chaplain
