it is sad to hear that terrible news late on wednesday night, when my friend told me about it. i was speechless, because proof was one of the funniest guy in the rap game and he was good person too.

i love that band D12 and EMINEM, and i just wanna send my condoleance to all D12 fans and proof families.

go chelsea

HELL NO!

We don't listen to Rap "AS HAITIANS" because rap is not part of our historic culture (yet). Some of us listen to it "AS INDIVIDUALS EXPOSED TO AMERICAN CULTURE".

Wait a second. You guys are completely forgetting about Haitian rap. Granted it is influenced by American Rap music, it is Haitian nonetheless.

Don't lose your mind to new froms of Haitian music with the same old Konpa and Bolero songs.....tired. Even Twoubadou music made a successful resurgence in a new, updated form.

Rap music has taken the rest of the world by storm, especially places where young people have something to say. Why not Haiti? Rap does not have to be part of our culture for us to take it, mold it, and create a form of it which is our own.

These negroes love killing each other over bullshyt. I bet it is over some nonsense.  I don't know what it is about us blacks that make us not respect each other's lives.
