Yeah, in your dream in our dream shall I say. Haiti will never be able to beat Brazil any time soon, we need to focus on beating Jamaica, Barbados, Canada,and the U.S those are the countries that stopped from going to the world cup.Remember the Concacaf zone only have two slots .Dominican Rep. would never be a problem for us we should not even celebrate until we could beat their baseball team. Haiti 2006 in Germany is possible.Major sports development needs to take place in Haiti. Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Boxing and Soccer but we need to have the ecucation sector needs to have patnerships with the private sector in Haiti to develop competive players, teams,leagues and then everything else will fall into place.

By: HPN - 10/15/2003 Wyclef Jean plus « Haïti » que jamais Wyclef Jean est « Haïti » plus que jamais. Le chanteur haïtien a débarqué le 13 octobre à la sixième édition de The Source Hip Hop Music Awards à Miami, sur une jolie motocyclette, arborée du bicolore haïtien, a rapporté l’agence Reuters
Des dizaines d’artistes ont participé à cette cérémonie. Elle sera télédiffusée le 11 novembre prochain sur la chaîne de télévision afro-américaine, disponible sur le câble, en Haïti.
The Source Hip-Hop Music Awards Show, qui cette année s’est tenu du 10 au 13 octobre à Miami, constitue les récompenses de musiques urbaines les plus populaires aux Etats-Unis. De nombreuses célébrités participent à ce grand spectacle, une occasion idéale pour les artistes de distribuer leur démo.
Wyclef Jean, dont le prochain album « The Preacher’s son » paraîtra le 4 novembre 2003, n’était pas directement concerné par les nominations de cette année. Il n’a toutefois pas raté l’occasion de rappeler ses racines haïtiennes auxquelles il tient fermement.
