If you are upset by negative images of Haitians in the media,

Balance the negativity

Promote and Support positive Haitians.

Some of are people just are not supportive of each other,

we compete negatively, we get jealous of what the other person has, we say bad things about them.

If you want to see change Support and Promote Positivity
just boycotting negativity does not equal change you must replace it with something that has meaning first.

What was your last Haitian Book?

What was your last Haitian CD?

What was your last Haitian Painting?

What was your last Haitian Film?

We have many Haitians working hard to show the world that we are an amazing people learn about them support them.

that is all I have to say PEACE

nazaire, I totally agree with you on this. "just boycotting negativity does not equal change". We indeed need positivity to counter-offend all the negativity against us.

This is a marvelous message you're sending and I hope the post-ers here show they get it not only by posting mindful comments but by actually DOING the support for our positivity.

Just like we were raised ... MOST Haitian parents usually discourage negativity from the children (don't do this, don't say that, don't go there, don't talk to ...) where they would even beat them to eliminate a bad bahavior (below-average grades in school for instance). However, they seldom reinforce good behavior (and I need not give examples).

I'm afraid we're letting this unbalanced method slip into our very fighting culture.

I agree too!

but didn't I ask you about your paintings and you never answered me Nazaire?

and I already looked through Tibos website.

We buy many Haitian things online sense they are few and far between out here....

Except now my fridge is full of some booze and cream for the Holidays... Everyones favorite gift to the Pastor...

I thought Coolp was working on Xchange shopping.

Well the Artists have to work  with some of the website  to expose their products.  I understand some of you have your own website, but how popular is it?

Nazaire, why don't you show some of your work online?

Fre Nazaire, I couldn't agree with you more. There was a time when I wanted to promote your paintings on my HC page men I think you didn't come on for a while. I'm Ayiciano/Flambert. I also wanted to promote a friend's poems.  Anyway...me love what you said. Me agree totally... :)
