I Think it is a great idea for all the haitiXchange members and/or guest to meet to discuss everything that we have been discussing for the past years. A symposium type of meeting would be great.

We decided to wait until January since things are kind of hectic at the end of the year with all the celebrations, the HX Trip to Haiti, as well as the holidays.

We still have to discuss an exact location for the event. Even though Tijou is currently in Haiti, I'm sure she'll be checking out the site. Any suggestions for a location?

ARE YOU SURE ITS A GREAT IDEA! SOME HAVE PROVEN TO BE SO DISRESPECTFUL THAT GETTING THEM TOGETHER AND DISCUSSING ISSUES WOULD BE A DESASTER.. I MEAN YOIU HAD PEOPLE MAKING ALL TYPES OF THREAT......

Yes it's a great idea for us to meet each other.  There will be fun activities, food and great musics.  There will not be any confrontation. 

All we're asking is to come with an open mind.  it will be a great night.  I just hope everyone is able to make it...

 for the guest, Kreyolbro will not have to come correct, he will be among family and friends; aren't we all a big Haitian family? 

The PM lounge is way too expensive, and they wouldn't let us hold a function in there.  I believe you have to be on the guest list to get in Da club.  Although some of the owner are Haitian it's a typically American Club.  

We are working on Nell's in the City and another Club in Brooklyn.  Any suggestion?

I think it is a great idea for all of us to get together and meet each other, But I really believe that kreyolbro needs to have his act together.  Some of us will be traveling from out of states so it should not be a waist of our time.
