| That's why when an Haitian organization in my community was selling tickets for a New Year's Eve gala at the price of $125 per ticket, I did not bother to go. My husband could not convince me to go. I said " There is no entertainment that a Haitian organization can offer me that can worth $125." It's always a disapointment Well, I am tired of being disapointed. You pay your money and your time to go support an acitivity and all the reward you get is " dyol long". I am always cursing and steaming from anger when I come from an Haitian's performance. I hate mediocrity. I do not support mediocrity;Haitian or otherwise. Instead, we went to the Kennedy Center (in Washington D.C) and savor a " Salute to Vienna" classical music concert. Very sastifying for $85 per ticket. |
