I BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE SO MANY STARS OUT THERE THAT ARE AFRAID TO SHOW WHO THEY REALLY ARE. WHO IS AFRAID TO BE HAITIAN?

This  is a Haitian comedian, most of us did not know about:

York’s top comedians from groundbreaking US TV stand up show Def Comedy Jam SINCK and WIL team up with UK comedian turned Teletubbie JOHN SIMMIT for a comedy gig that’s sure to be raucous at Jongleurs, Granby Street Leicester on Sunday 6 June.

Motormouth Wil is a high octane performer whose US TV credits also include Showtime at The Apollo, and has been co-host for a decade of New York’s most popular weekly black comedy night at Greenwich Village’s Boston Comedy Club. Of Haitian extract, Wil’s comedy features on his compatriots The Fugees multi million selling rap album The Score and Wyclef’s follow up solo album The Carnival. A regular headliner in the UK, he’s appeared on Channel 4’s Club Class.

In contrast, Sinck’s comedy is of the ‘slow burn’ variety. The self confessed ‘old school’ humourist has also appeared on US TV’s Comic View. Since his first trip to the UK 18 months ago, Sinck has quickly become a regular headliner in the UK’s top comedy clubs Jongleurs.

UK humour’s represented by sardonic John Simmit, best known for playing Dipsy in BBC TV’s international hit children’s show Teletubbies, a stark contrast to his stand up performances. The ‘Cuban-Jamaican Brummie’s’ range was best summed up by The Evening Standard’s ‘streetwise but silly’ description.

A surprise guest completes the line up, part of Upfront Comedy’s regular series of nationwide gigs, putting the live spotlight on the thrusting humour of black Britain and America.

JONGLEURS BOX OFFICE 0870 787 0707 FOR FURTHER INFORMATION OR INTERVIEWS, CALL UPFRONT COMEDY ON 0121 350 8992.

Ronald Agenor is not Haitian born, but he  adopted Haiti as  his home. Is he a Haitian star? he is known in the tennis world  in different circles.

Ronald Agenor was born in Haiti 34 years ago. For 17 years, half of his life, he has devoted himself to represent his country and his flag, and by winning for his country, he has made Haitians and non-Haitians alike proud of his achievement . He first gained national and international fame in 1982, when he was crowned as the first Haitian to win a gold medal in tennis during the Central America and Caribbean game, where he defeated the current Mexican Champion. In 1984, he was defeated in the Davis cup final by Steven Edberg. . Fake Biography.

Ronald Agenor was born in Rabat, Morocco in 1964. He started to play tennis at the age of 10 in Zaire, Africa where his father Frederic was a diplomat at the United Nations. He is the youngest of 6 children and discovered competitive tennis in Bordeaux, France at the age of 14 under the wing of his brother Lionel. He finished ranked number 8 in the junior rankings in 1982 reaching the semi finals at the Orange Bowl and winning junior titles at both Monte Carlo and Charleroi, Belgium. Ronald won the only Gold medal in the history of Haiti at the Carribean Games in Havana, Cuba in 1982.

Could he have been born in Morocco of Haitian diplomats working for the UN.

Many Haitian profesionals left for French speaking Africa during that period of Papa Doc's terror.   Many of their children were born in Africa.  They are still Haitians however.

Find out......

Yes, i know a friend who was born in Africa just as Nigger is saying, but she considers herself a true Haitian. She speaks creole, and does everything Haitians do.
