lekamonkin

you got issues.

what are you talking about? kreyol is not a language. kreyol is the

2nd offical language in Haiti. plus on top that in africa they speak

kreyol but their kreyol is different from the haitians.  my cousin went

to springfield garden high school in queens, ny and he had kreyol

as a major class like english, math, etc, so you can't say that

kreyol can't be taught in school.

heck i wish they had a class where they taught creole when i was

in high school. my nephew's father was telling his cousin who goes to

a college in queens or brooklyn is taking a course in kreyol

Lekamokin stop living in a past-time paradise, so long ago gone.  Clear the cobwebs, Bring your Haitian self up to date, step out into the light to help your the cause of your fellow Hatians.   What you said, and as you point out "Once upon a time" .   We are now living in the present... changes have occured...Changes that had to occur.  La bourjoise Haitienne n'est pas la majorite du peuple Haitienne.  Les bourjoises d'Haiti never cared to dissiminate their knowledge , instead they were more eager to use their, often questionable knowledge of the French language to intimidate and to control the mass.  French is alanguage that have been used, by Haitians to oppress their very own Haitian society, and to keep Haitians divided amongst themselves.  Just like skin shades, hair types were used negatively by Black people among Black people, all over the world, once upon a time as some type of passport into social status.   I think we, as a Black race are much healthier since we learned to put a stop to that type of nonesense.  Thanks to some extent, the lyrics from the song of the famous African American soul singer James Brown, " SAY IT LOUD, I'M BLACK & I'M PROUD..." Among many other concious efforts by Black people, those revolutionary  lines from that song quitely helped washed away a practice of self-hatred.  Seems like you're really miss ing the way things were from these old days.   Haitian people should feel free to speak all the French they want to, but out of choice. Not by fear or intimidation of some illegitimate social order.   Si youn mounn vinn boujwa, mounn sa'a pa otomatikman gin moyen pou'l kominike nan youn lot lang, tankou youn trik maji. Aiysien pa viv nanyoun kad kilti Francais ase po yo patisipe nan devlopman kilti ni lan devlopman lang Franse'a ase vit, pou yo rele tet yo Offical French Speakers.  That is such BS.

Frankly speaking, I've reached the end of the rope, so to speak; I'm not going to spend another minute of my precious time debating whether Creol is language or not, I think some of you in here, are just of bunch of zealous fanatics. Those of you who believe that Creol is language can just live with your belief. There are people out there who still believe that the world is flat.Over the years, i've learned that one can never change things that's already engrained into people's brain . People who don't know the difference between a language and a  dialect are just nuts. And, my humble advice to them would be to 'go study Literature'. And again, for the  zealous, and coerce fanatics,it wouldn't make any difference.

THAT WOULD BE FINE, BUT YOU ARE CLAIMING TO BE A NATIVE FRENCH SPEAKING INDIVIDUAL WHO THINKS AND sh*t IN FRENCH, WHEN YOU ARE SO FAR FROM BEING SO.... WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO MAKE SUCH A CLAIM?JUST LIKE  YOU REFUSE TO DO A LITTLE BIT OF RESEARCH BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH TO AMBARRASS YOURSELF SO....  AS YOU HAVE DONE ALL OVER THIS SITE HERE.    THE FACTS ARE THERE TO DISPROVE YOUR MISS-EDUCATION.  OUT ALL OF YOUR DOUBLE-TALK, I HAVEN'T SEEN YOUR ABILITY TO DEMONSTRATE YOUR MASTERY OF THE FRENCH LANAGUAGE, NOR YOUR MASTERY OF THE HAITIAN LANGUAGE, NOR A  CLEAR DEMONSTRATION OF YOUR ABIILTIY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, UNDER WHOSE SKIRT YOU SEEM TO BE TAKEN YOUR CURRENT REFUGE.  yOU ARE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE WHO'S LIMITED PROFICIENTLY IN ALL THESE FOREIGN LANGUAGES YOU SO CLAIM TO SPEAK,  AND EVEN LIMITED IN THE ONE THAT YOU CRY IN WHEN YOU SIT ALONE TO CRY IN YOUR DARK CORNER.   WHY ARE YOU SO ASHAMED OF THE ONE LANGUAGE THAT BRINGS YOU COMMON SENSE TO YOUR MIND.   AS THE HAITIAN BOURJWA YOU ARE CLAIMING TO BE,  DO YOU INSTINCTIVELY SOLVE YOUR DAILY WOES INSIDE YOUR HEAD IN FRENCH?  THAT LITTLE VOICE THAT SPEAKS TO YOU SILENTLY INSIDE YOUR HEAD, DOES IT SPEAK TO YOU ONLY IN FRENCH WITHOUT A TRANSLATOR?  IF YOU CAN ANSER OUI, HONESTLY TO YOURSELF, THEN PARDON ME, YOU ARE TRULY A FRENCH MAN PRETENDING TO BE A HAITIAN.  LIKE MANY OTHER HAITIANS WHO SUFFER WITH THIS DELUSION.   I WONDER IF YOU REALLY KNOW THOSE WHO USED TO CLAIM THE WORLD IS FLAT.  SINCE IT'S OBVIOUS THAT YOU HAVE NOT OPENED A BOOK IN QUITE A WHILE.  YES! IAM ONE OF THESE FANATICS... KREYOL IS THE LANGUAGE OF THE PEOPLE OF HAITI.
