I am a journalism student in Tennessee. I am researching the Haitian media and the amount of control the gov't of Haiti has over journalist. You should contact some of the major Haitian media here in the states. Some of them started in Haiti and came over to the US due to what they perceived as censorship back home.

Thre are some majot ones online. You can start there:

 

haitiantimes.com
haitiobservatuer.com (are they still online???)

Start there.
