Well, I'm not too sure about Usher being Haitian, because I've seen his mother before on some show, and I saw no signs of being Haitian.

AL B Sure, Wyclef Jean, Garcelle Beauviais (Jamie Fox Show), Vanessa Williams (from the movie and show Soul Food, not the singer), Herve Pierre (works with P-Diddy), Tyrone Edmond (model), Edwidge Danticat (author), Olden Polonyce (basketball player),

I believe Maxwell is half haitian, and their are a couple more basketball players who are haitian, also that comedian guy, he's been on b.e.t. before, and their is an actor who is Haitian, but I forgot his name.

I think Joe Dumas that used to play on the pistons is Haitian. The light skinned curly head dude on MTV said he was haitian and canadian. Of course me Andy Flambert, i'm famous too.
