To the three posters above,

Do you work for Summer Melo? I'll tell you what I thought about Summer Melo. Their music was very good and they have talent. The only problem is that they lack stage presence. They don't put on an interesting show. They basically just stant there and play their music. You can tell that they are just starting out. Aside from that, I think they show a lot of promise.

To the guest above. I and tell you don't think rap has any place in Haitian music. I happen to like it nd think it shows how versatile the young diaspora can be. Things like that are bound to happen when cultures mix.

I think the Shepherds are superb! They have good music and know how to work the stage. If they were mainstream (and not only Christian hip-hop) they would be a lot farther.

I don't know if your name is "RACHEL", but I do agree wuth you one hundred percent. These guys the Shepherds have this magnet about them. The songs they were singing were so positive and then the way they were moving on the stage was like they own it and know exactly what they were doing. I didn't say anything and jumped up and down or anything like that, not because i didn't feel them; but because they made me feel this awe with teir presnce on stage. It's beautiful. I also feel the Assassins as well. I do notice the fact that they both perform at the same shows as well as that previous poster. I don't think they're from the same camp though.  Hey guys, did you see the Shepherds video on Bobby Simons show for real. My friend told me he saw them. Let me know if it's true.

Also, wassup with that Shepherds? what happened to the June 8th concert. you guys were a no show. Let us know what's going on. I'm still a true fan though....

I agree...

Rap is now making a name for itself in the haitian community as well.  Why not? It (rap) is the most popular music in the world right at this moment. I guess The SHEPHERDS and THE ASSASSINS will be pioneers and starters for the creole revolt in Haiti as well.
